Dear Baby

Dear Baby,

One year ago today I found out I was pregnant with you.  This is the story of how I told your dad.

Daddy was in training in Florida at the time and I was staying with Grandma when I found out.  I hated the thought of telling Daddy over the phone so I came up with a slightly more creative way.

I wrote him a story.

BeforeI tell you thes tory there are a couple of things I need to explain.

1st – my laptop has been on the verge of death for about two years now.

2nd – Daddy’s training class was for very specialized computer training.

3rd – I wouldn’t be me if I didn’t mess with Daddy just a little.

This is the story I wrote in the email I sent Daddy.

Once upon a time there was a CPU and a Disk.  On Numerous occasions the CPU and the Disk would join together to transfer and receive information.  Normally when the disk transferred the information into the CPU, it would automatically go into the Temporary folder and after so many days had passed, the information in the Temporary folder wold then be sent to the Recycle Bin.

However, on one particular day, unbeknown to either the CPU or the Disk, the information the Disk transferred was sent, not to the Temporary Folder, but to the C: drive.  When this happened, a file was created. To see the contents of the file, click on the attachment below.

When Daddy clicked on the attachment this is what he saw:

And that’s the story of how I told your Daddy I was pregnant with you.  From that day on he was the proudest papa-to-be!
